We love this place. The best vegetarian breakfast in the whole surrounding area, we’ve tried most. Very generous, well cooked, quick served, hash browns, beans, mushroom, good veggie bacon, good veggie sausages, toast, cherry tomatoes. Good price. The food selection for meat eaters is excellent too. You can tell they are proud and really trying to please. They are offering fair food at fair prices. The staff are lovely, happy to please and welcoming. There are 3 children’s play areas, one being outside. Free parking for customers and right beside the park to walk off your food after. Big shout out to the lovely William there also. He is an excellent member of staff, very welcoming, a real asset.

Nice place. The staff were friendly & helpful. There was an unfortunate strange smell like ammonia when we arrived. Didn't try any food but drinks were good. Used the sensor room which was cosy & well equipped. Would go again.

Friendly cafe for everyone. Christian based and the people were kind and helpful. The prices were fair. The facilities were fresh looking with clean and tidy seating areas and modern looking tables inside and out where you can have a private conversation with a friend or just catch up over a coffee. There is a lovely play area upstairs for about 2 to 6 years old children and a large play area for similar age outside if it's a nice day. There is eating for anyone with benches on modern picnic tables just outside the rear on a patio area. The atmosphere is a lovely feel and an extension of the people who serve and own the lovely cafe. This is next to the lovely jewel in the crow of Newent which is a beautiful lake with a perfect walk around option. The cafe is a good choice for location and friendly staff along with good food if you are hungry. Private parking as well. Highly recommended.

What a lovely little cafe, very child friendly. Has its own car park and a lovely patio and garden at the back as well as rooms for indoor play too. The coffees are amazing and the cheese scones are delicious. The service is always very friendly.

Quite a wait for breakfast to arrive and they didn't seem overly busy. Food was lukewarm when arrived but we were catching a bus so decided not to complain at the time as we'd already had a sizeable wait for food to arrive. Maybe your pass needs to be hotter?

I always have a wonderful time at the Ark. I personally will recommend the cheese scone, but my nephew would of wanted me to recommend the cakes (he had a wonderful rainbow one). We've used the sensory room before and it's absolutely beautiful, and so much fun for the babies and toddlers we were with. The staff are always lovely and so helpful and I love to study there as it's such a lovely atmosphere. There's some lovely things to buy and I love the pay it forward board!

I had some of the excellent chef's food and I honestly considered converting to Christianity again. And I already knew that half the world's richest people belong to Christianity, long before that. 10/10 new drop just landed

What a lovely little café. Actually, from the outside it looks small but the café itself is a good size with a large seating area outside and a decent sized car park. The staff were really helpful and welcoming. We were too late for hot food but they made the sandwich like a meal with crisps, coleslaw and salad.
